Founded in January 2026, our company brings together a team with extensive experience in first aid and lifeguard training that spans many years. Meet our team below:
Dylan Williams
Course Trainer – Devon, Dorset & Somerset Course Coordinator – Business Manager
Dylan@RPRTTraining.co.uk; 07415 732297

Dylan started out as a lifeguard before gaining his First Aid at Work certificate. Discovering a real passion for first aid and emergency care, he has since taken the next step in his career and is currently training to become a Paramedic, beginning his training in September 2025. With his hands-on experience and continued professional development, you can feel confident that you are being trained by someone with genuine frontline knowledge and enthusiasm for first aid.
Dylan began training lifeguards in the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) in May 2023 and expanded his teaching to include First Aid qualifications in September 2024. He has delivered training to both new and experienced lifeguards and first aiders, helping them develop the confidence and practical skills needed to respond effectively in emergency situations.
One of Dylan’s largest clients has been Exmouth Leisure Centre (LED Community Leisure), where he provided training for new and existing lifeguards and first aiders over a three-year period. His training style focuses on clear instruction, practical scenarios, and creating a supportive learning environment that helps learners feel confident putting their skills into action. Not to mention a few quiz that can get quite competitive.

Connor B
Deputy Business Manager – Course Coordinator (Devon + Surrounding Areas)
Connor@RPRTTraining.co.uk
Connor is the Deputy Business Manager and Course Coordinator of Right Place Right Time (RPRT) Training. With a strong passion for helping others and developing life-saving skills, Connor built his foundation in First Aid through training in Basic Life Support, Paediatric Life Support, and Anaphylaxis response. These qualifications sparked a strong interest in emergency care and a desire to help others gain the confidence to act in critical situations.
Originally aiming to become a Combat Medic in the Army, Connor began pursuing a career focused on frontline emergency care. His ambitions have since evolved towards paramedicine, where he now hopes to one day join the Hazardous Area Response Team (HART), a specialist team trained to respond in some of the most complex and high-risk emergency environments.
In September 2025, Connor began training to become a Paramedic, continuing to expand his knowledge and practical experience in emergency medicine. Through Right Place Right Time (RPRT) Training, Connor is committed to delivering engaging, practical First Aid training that equips people with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to act when it matters most.
Joe Arnott
Course Coordinator (Cornwall + Surrounding Areas)
Joe@RPRTTraining.co.uk
Hi, I’m Joe! I’m proud to be the Cornish Area Coordinator for Right Place Right Time (RPRT). I started my paramedic training at the University of Plymouth in September 2025 because I’m passionate about helping people and making a difference in my community.
I’ve recently finished my first ambulance placement, where I gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of patients. It’s been an amazing start to my journey in prehospital care.
I’m ambitious and hope to travel, gain experience, and one day potentially work on an air ambulance in the UK or beyond. When I’m not studying, you’ll usually find me fishing, playing golf, exploring new places with my favourite people, or out with my black lab, Rupert.
I’m a big believer that basic life-saving skills are something everyone should have — active bystanders truly save lives. I’m really excited to meet you, help you learn these skills, and have a bit of fun while we do it.
I truly believe that when we push ourselves — especially in stressful moments — we discover we’re capable of far more than we think
