National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification (RLSS) + National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC)

The NPLQ is a regulated 5-day qualification suitable for anyone interested in becoming a Pool Lifeguard within the UK. We also provide ongoing training to already qualified lifeguards.

The NRASTC is suitable for low risk pools (typically 1.5m deep or less) where pool lifeguards are not supervising the pool. The light version is also offered for immediate intervention until further on-site support can be provided.

The pool qualifications & training are currently only available through group sessions, although we hope to be putting on our own sessions in the future. See our group session bookings page to get your session underway.
